Every ValorStep item is made to order by our production partners and shipped directly to you. Please review the details below.
A. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping: $6.95 per order
Express shipping (priority production & shipping): $29.95 per order
Free-item offers (“just pay shipping & handling”): $9.95 shipping & handling per order, as shown on the offer page
FREE standard shipping on orders over $70 (subtotal after discounts)
B. Delivery Time
Production: 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays)
Shipping: 12–15 business days after your order ships
Estimated total: 13–20 business days from the day you order
Because every item is made to order, please order early for birthdays, retirements and holidays.
C. Where We Ship
We ship to the United States and internationally. Shipping costs are the same for every destination (see section A). Orders outside the United States may take longer to arrive, and any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are not included in our prices.
D. Taxes
All applicable taxes are included in the product price unless otherwise shown at checkout.
E. Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. It can take up to 7 business days for the first tracking update to appear. You can check your shipment anytime on our Order Tracking page. Large orders may ship in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.
F. Changing Your Address
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and before it enters production. After that, we can’t change the address.
If a package can’t be delivered because of an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to confirm the right details. A reship to a corrected address may carry a shipping fee.
G. Cancelling Your Order
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn’t entered production. Just email us with your order number.
H. Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged on arrival: send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and choose a free reprint or a full refund.
Not arrived: if your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days of your order date, or tracking hasn’t updated for 10 business days, contact us and we’ll reship it free or refund you in full.
Marked delivered but not received: please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it doesn’t turn up within 7 days, contact us and we’ll help.
